Extra credit is only used once the month's quota has run out, and it stays valid for 12 months from purchase. The bigger the pack, the lower the price per item.
Account admins buy credit by card on the Usage & credit page. It’s added to the account as soon as the payment clears.
Any unique record Qalu collects and saves in your project. A duplicate within the same project counts once, anything your filters remove is not charged, and analysis, reports and exports use none of your quota.

The month's quota expires at the end of the month and does not carry over. Extra credit stays valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Qalu does what the account administrator chose in advance: collection either moves on to extra credit or pauses until someone approves. Either way, everything saved before the limit stays, and administrators are notified.
Yes. The account administrator can divide the quota among members or keep it shared, and can see what each member used in the search log.
Monthly and annual subscriptions and extra credit are paid by card, and the invoice appears on your billing page. Organizations that need a contract or a purchase order can pay by invoice and bank transfer after sending a request.
Yes. You can change plans from the billing page, and an upgrade is charged pro rata for the days left in the cycle. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle, and your data remains available to export.
